Retail parcels fronting Pembroke Road were for sale (one-acre minimum) with the remaining 2-1/2 acre frontage parcel being sold on September 12, 2003 to PEMBROKE ROAD CENTER, LLC.
SPRINT COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY purchased the east corner at the end of 1999; the west corner parcel consisting of approximately 2 acres was purchased by RACETRAC PETROLEUM, INC. in October 2001, and in November 2002
Vintage Development purchased just over 1 acre for Flowers Baking Company's discount bread outlet.
