Initially a joint-venture development between The Kelsey Group, Inc. and
Alandco, Inc. (a subsidiary of FPL Group, Inc.), Port 95 Commerce Park has grown into one of the premier developments in Broward County. The Kelsey Group, Inc.'s responsibility in the joint venture was to pioneer the development of the project in 1994 and to lease, manage, and maintain the property through both development of Class A institutional-grade multi-tenant distribution buildings for lease and land sales to end users such as G. Proulx Building Materials, Penske/Detroit
Diesel and G&K Services. The complex now totals approximately 2,400,000 sq. ft. with various owners/developers contributing to its growth.
In 1996, The Kelsey Group, Inc. purchased Alandco's interest, giving The Kelsey Group,
Inc. approximately 400,000 sq. ft. in four buildings at Port 95 Commerce Park.
In addition to easy access to I-95, Griffin Road, I-595, and the
Turnpike, direct access to Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, and a
new landscaped business park environment, at
Port 95 Commerce Park,
The Kelsey Group, Inc. offers owner-management and a central distribution point for Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
