With approximately 60,000 sq.ft. of retail, manufacturing and distribution spaces ranging in size from 1,800 sq. ft. to 27,000 sq. ft., its features include 22' clear warehouse ceiling heights, dock & street-level loading, retail frontage on Dixie Highway, natural gas on site, and rail access.

Port 95 Commerce Park

Initially a joint-venture development between The Kelsey Group, Inc. andAlandco, Inc. (a subsidiary of FPL Group, Inc.), Port 95 Commerce Park has grown into one of the premier developments in Broward County. The Kelsey Group, Inc.'s responsibility in the joint venture was to pioneer the development of the project in 1994 and to lease, manage, and maintain the property through both development of Class A institutional-grade multi-tenant distribution buildings for lease and land sales to end users such as G. Proulx Building Materials, Penske/Detroit Diesel and G&K Services. The complex now totals approximately 2,400,000 sq. ft. with various owners/developers contributing to its growth.  In 1996, The Kelsey Group, Inc. purchased Alandco's interest, giving The Kelsey Group, Inc. approximately 100,000 sq. ft. at Port 95 Commerce Park
